Necklace quest at Orchard Farm

Couldn't be bothered to search through the archives and see if this thread already existed, so if this is a waste of time please delete or whatever needs to be done.

Ok, so walked through Greatwood Lake to get to Orchard Farm (this is coz the bandits have shut the other pathway) and the farmer turned green so I spoke to him whilst his wife ran around screaming "Aah! EEk! Get away!"

Basically there's this quest I've never seen before that involves talking to the farmer#s dead mum's ghost and getting back a necklace from a bandit in Greatwood Lake as an anniversary present for the farmer and his wife. I looked for this in FAQ's but haven't found it.

Am I going insane, or have you all completed it?

Maybe not many people managed to complete the arena and so missed out on it...

Been there, done it and all that jazz. I love it when you find little things you may have missed on previous plays through the game. Cant say thats happened to me in a while though T_T

Good to know I'm not mental in the head then. When I dug up the grave I got an elixir of life instead though...odd...

Wasn't trying to be a dumbass, just hadn't seen it before. I completed it no problems coz there's nothing to it - hit the bandit with my sentinus and he literally exploded into a burst of blood, which was pretty cool.

That's like the fourth thing I've come across lately - I'm gonna start a new file and do all the little things like running to the demon door and back in the guild and killing all the sparrows...they might not achieve anything much but I like to do everything in a game if at all possible...

Yeah, I did the necklace quest...blew the bandit's head clear off with the lightning spell, too. :D

I love the part where the farmer's mom says something along the lines of, "I could kiss you...if the worms hadn't eaten my lips."

i have another necklace question... if you give lady grey the letter that you found on her sister in the cellar, you can go to the graveyard, listen to the 2 guys talking about where they hid the necklace, and go to the boats and dig it up... i have it now, and since i killed thunder in the end, i have married her... where can i sell her necklace? or can i???

the orchard farm necklace quest yeah its cool,beat it in 10 seconds though.......not the best mission in the game now is it?:(

Wasn't referring to it as even a mission - was simply curious as to whether anyone else had done it coz I'd never seen it before. Nothing more or less than that - I like finding little side quests to do coz I'm utterly crap at the game in general and it makes me feel like a grown-up girl to achieve something - however small it may be.

none of the basic common traders... but maybe some unqiue traders or item shops would... just like that guy who will buy the legendary weapons... (i haven't sold any of them to him yet...)

Well the reason I ASK is because your description is broken and runon and I can't understand it very well.
Which graveyard. there's a tone in the game. I thought you couldn't dig the necklace up after you marry her. You killed thunder but you went in the cellar of the Gray house too?

dont marry lady gray keep the necklace and wait till you get to snowspire you should be able to sell it there thell buy anything from you if not sorry.
