Need a gnome... in a bugged house :(

In bowerstone industrial, i need to get into the cesspools, but the house that has the entrance is bugged, i cannot buy it at all, i was wondering if anyone could let me join their game or a new game of theres which is there or close to there so i can get this gnome.
