Need a little help

Im looking for all of the gargoyles and i got to the brightwood tower and theres no ladder at the top where the gargoyle is
Please help

He's on the top floor where the bed is and he's behind one of the windows.(just shoot all of them if you don't know).

Nope still cant find him i watched a video and he went up a ladder to an empty tower with 8 windows but when i go up the tower theres no ladder to go up and the windows around there i shot them all and the gargoyle isnt there either
Oh and does it effect the tower if you beat the main quest

No it doesn't effect the Tower at all.

In order to get the ladder leading up to the bedroom you must own Brightwood Tower. Buy the tower and you should easily find the ladder. Good luck.
