i need an escort to shadow temple please (My weapons are not to good) not sure how you use temple either

It's not hard. I managed to get to the temple on my first try as well; and even that with the mace you find at the Guild Cave.

The temple isn't 'usable', but the wheel is. You'll have to take travelers, monks, or any other people with you. Sacrifice them until you've got 2000 points or higher. After that; sacrifice your spouse, and you'll get the Maelstrom weapon. It's the same weapon the Commandant possesses.
