highway man's hat- either the crucible or dig in the graveyard
long hair- not to be confused with shoulder length
blue and pink make up
patchy coat dyed
corset
thigh boots
highway man gloves- crucible or traveling trader in rookridge

the pistol looks to be a breed of flintlock, steel maybe. funny the male hero is always portrayed as having a turret pistol. you can get all this stuff in bowerstone. besides the gloves of course.

You'll have to look for them and try them out for yourself. This is just Fable 2 art, not an actual screen shot, so you won't be able to find this exact outfit. You'll be able to find the corset, thigh boots, hot pants, and highwayman hat fairly easily, but the gloves and coat only seem to resemble the highwayman gloves and patchy coat. This also means that you might not find dyes that give you those exact colors.

Can't get the exact colors/look, but a lot of it you can. Most looks like default colors too so I wouldn't worry too much over dyes. Just try a clothing store. There are two in Bowerstone Market.
