need help geting my last few acheivments please help

im needing help with the romantic...how do i take a villager on a perfect date??and the swinger...take part in a debauched bedroom party?? what does that mean? i had like 3 diff women in a room and did the come back to my place expression with them all and had sex with them all and it didnt give me the acheivment?? dont know why though...can someone help??
