Need help with a "quest"

I was in Bowerstone South, I got tired, forgot to turn off my Xbox, went to bed, when I woke up I started playing again, my wife had given me a gift, I pressed A and noticed a green dot on the map (Not at the tavern) I went to it and it was a child who just stared at me, when I walked away he whistled and waved, I did everything evil and he didn't move, just stared. I saw something about a Sick Child quest, could this be the child?

I'm playing the first Fable by the way.

no... the sick child quest is only in TLC...

it could maybe be the kid who pesters you about the hero dolls =]

Maybe it's the sick child's sister? is it a little girl? Is she just standing there? Which part of bower stone?

It is a boy, he I think he lives behind the tavern, but he goes to school.

I just finished the game, this was maybe my 4th go at it, Nothing happened with the boy. I may have messed up that file a bit :blush:.
I was searching filler areas (orchard farm, greatwood, dragon cliff) and I somehow got unlimited silver key (I could get more, just could not lose any) the boy appeared shortly after, this may have been the problem.
