Need help with corrupt file

If i left the game by mistake while saving and the file got corrupt(I tried to load it but it freezes in between loading). Nothing is wrong with the game but i can't get on my account. I need help it was past the ending of the game. Is there any way to recover the file or do I have to start a new game?

that's never happened to me, but I'd say you have to start a new game.

Common sense says not to exit while loading/saving on anything as everything says not to. I haven't had many problems with Xbox games, which means not much experience. I'd try cleaning your cache, though. This would also clean it on downloadable content, I believe, as well.

yea, I don't mean to sound mean, but most games usually say "Saving. Please do not turn off your console", but if i were you I would just start a newer, better account. It doesn't take that long.

I would also try cleaning my cache, and otherwise you'll have to start a new game.
