For corruption, just raise the rent on everything to +100 (+60 for shops).
For evil, raid Bloodstone. There's no guards, just a bunch of villagers with guns to fight back with (they don't do much).

you can also kill every1 in the Gpsy camp.
i just started my third game and i've already killed every1 in Gpsy camp(ecept for the children,they're invincible!).

You have to wait, just travel around, I went from Bowerstone to Bloodstone and got it all the way up.

Killing sprees tend to help for Evil (use the gypsy camp, or somewhere unimportant), and for Corruption, jack the prices up on your properties.

yeah the first time i put the rent on all my properties up to 100% i had no idea that it would make me corrupted but i had only relised THAT when i was playing fable 2 one day in the morning and then all of a sudden i got the achievement for maxing out corruption or purity! i wondered how i got the achievement.i had first thought that my friend got at the exact time i started fable 2 and got me the achievemen through a weird glitch but then i just found out that it was because of the rent on my properties.it's good to be corrupt.lol.

To get my purity maxed out I put the rent down on my houses and put the prices down on stalls/shops..
To finish it off I ate alot of vegetables, vegetables give you a purity bonus, usually very small but every little counts
(Also Tofu gives you a little "Good" bonus too)
To get you're corruption up, I suppose just do the complete opposite, raise the prices of rent and products in your shops
