the romantic is easy all you gotta do is take them some place they like and do a few perfect flirty emotions and bada bing bada boom you got an achievment not sure about the others though

The Romantic you can get during the questline involing Alex, or with any random man or women.. But thats how I tripped and fell onto it for me.
The Gambler you play each type of game (Spinnerbox, Towers and keystone) then play any of them and win 500 gold. Not 100% on this, as I haven't done in.
The Duelist is easy. You just have to string together a full set of chain attacks with your sword, clearly get the chain attacks skill, then just.. Swing! You don't even need to be fighting anything, thin air will do.
