So i was just going to do the kidnapped quest, i did put it off for a while, so i followed the golden trail to the man to give out the quest, but i cant talk to him or do anything, he just stand there like a wooden doll in the shops... any ideas on wat should i do?

The one who gives you the quest should be in front of the orphanage, but when you approach he/she talks to three homeless guys first before asking you for help.
