I think you'll need to create a new account to get the free days of trial... I'm not sure though.

There is NO way to get a continuous 30 day trial for Xbox Live. Once your code has been redeemed, it cannot be used again, and you will need to create a new account once you have used a 30 day trial. Microsoft monitors this very well, so trying to find a loop hole could very well get your Xbox 360 permanently banned from Xbox Live.
