I recently got a wife and bought a house, I'm trying to have a family so how do I rail this woman and have a kid.

u should get the expression ; "Come back to my place".
you get it from the book: (dont'know if i'm right) Comë hither dear"
Use this expression on your wife and you may have succes

Get married, buy Come Hither Dear, learn Come Back to my Place, when she follows you, got the bed, choose unprotected and WHAM! out come the childrens.
