Need some advice.
OK for the past week ive been feeling really depressed and lonley, i feel poeple are ignoring me, but for some reaosn i dont have the courage to speak out, i just had my summer holidays i feel ive lost my courage to stand up for myself and speak out, and its really starting to get me im lashing out at people who dont deserve it i was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to get out of this because i dont like hurting people who are close to me.
