There is one in Trisfal Glades. As you enter there will be a weapons smith and a tattoo shop there, it's quite easy to find

To further elaborate my question lol.. Im playing on xbox and I have never heard of such a place

You usually come across Tattoo vendors roaming Albion there are quite a few around.

There are also wandering barbers and tattooists, so remember, when you seee a trader in the wilderness with a green outline it is worth to stop him and check out his wares.

later on in the game you'll find a place called Trisfall Glades or something or you can just find a trader walking around and i'm sure there might be a trader who's does tattoo's

I already beat the game tho and I still havnt been to Trisfall glades.. And another question.. ppl keep saying that you can make a ****load of money in bowerstone north by buying all 65 diamonds from the vendor and then selling them back.. I have tried that and I'm losing money on the deal as oppose to getting tons. so is that trick bull****??

you need a good guile level and if your evil merchants will charge you a High Price

thats for TLC. you probably have the original version like me. heres how i get money:
i kill residents,
buy house
rent house, and do the same with other houses. i now own all of albion on xbox version of the original. (yes, even richtown Bowerstone)
get them to follow you out to get their town kill them. at least thats what i did
