Needing to get a few things for Fable II Help Please!

Below are a list of things I want/need for Fable II. I have chosen the good life style so some of the things i wont be able to get. I am still fairly new to the game so if you can help me that would be appreciated. Garth Hero Doll
Reaver Hero Doll GOT IT
Lucian Hero Doll
Generic Hero Doll

This list gets me started. I'm sure there is more that I will add later but I can't remember anything else of the top of my head. Thanks for looking.

How much money do you have because most of those items are really good thus worth quite a bit...to me at least.

Right now I only have a few million but if i am given a couple of days then I can get a fairly good amount then we could do a trade so let me know what you have on my list and maybe we can work something out

I have several of those weapons.
The high-roller coat.
The garth doll.
and for the right price i can get the book of the dead. I don't have it on either of my 2 hero's, but if you offer high enough I could make a third hero and sell it to you.
