Well there are any number of threads that have all the Fable facts in them if you're looking for info. I'll list some of the main features off the top of my head.
There is no minimap
There is a dog (which will be your main companion throughout the whole game)
There is confirmed local co op.
No cutscenes
Fighting is all on one button (X). Same with Magic(B) and Ranged(Y) combat.
Everything is interactable with. You can pick up stuff and throw them at your enemies while fighting with your sword, you can throw beer bottles, swing off chandeliers, push people down wells. The world is your oyster. Or something.
Expressions are back.
