Yes, it does; in a way. But I make money easily. I kill everyone in a town, and buy all their house and put 'em up for rent. Then, I sleep for 3 days and go collect my pay. If someone doesn't pay up, I kill 'em. Snowspire Village makes the most money, as far as I can tell. I'm not sure. Hook Coast may make you more money. I dunno, since I dont' own all of Hook Coast yet. But I'm getting close!

You can buy and resell diamonds wherever they are stocked but sometimes you don't make profit even when their stocks are full....up your guile and the chances of making a decent profit are increased (as far as I am aware).
