So I'm curious.
What does everyone look for in good music?

When you hear a new band, what do you look for?

Powerful vocals?
A certain style of melody.
Rockin' bass grooves?
Funky rhythms?
A kazoo?

Kazoo FTW.

Lots of things really, depending on what mood I'm in and what style I fancy listening to. Lyrics are very important and a decent melody that isn't too recycled.

But seriously - a kazoo would be awesome...

Hmmm... I think a good melody is the most important for me. Then vocals and a funky beat. I dont listen to lyrics that much, but if I understand they`re crappy, it takes away from the song.

i like music that involves real talent, not stuff like rapping or Pop. I reaaaaaally like Stuff like Power metal or Awsome Indie Like Oasis and The Killers.
