New to Fable, with a couple questions

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the game, in fact, I just got an original xbox from a friend of mine (the first time I've owned one). I've been playing Fable for about 5 days now, and have made significant progress, I'm really just delaying taking the final mission to do all the other side quests.

I have 2 questions for the experts here:

1. After you do the final quest, can you still play the game?

2. I've stumbled on a free copy of the lost chapters version, can my character from the original fable be loaded in that game, or do I have to start over again?

You can only keep playing though if you sit through the god-knows-how-many credits... It gets a bit funny towards the end saying things like how many pizzas they ate and how many Indian meals they had.:lol:
