new to threads new anwsers to questions

First, I know that Fable & Fable TLC differs in ways such as
new weapons
new quests
and so on but, how much longer is Fable TLC than Fable
(since there are more quests)

Second, I have been hearing about dragons and such but I am skeptical about their existence in the games
I have read some of the books you get in the games and it talks about another region where the dragons fled in the old kingdom
and it even shows that region on the map but I'm not sure if you can get there or not
