The freshly designed Dashboard is not the only thing new from Microsoft for Xbox 360 users. Slipped in underneath the carpet in the form of fine print is a stipulation that tells the user they must forfeit their ability to file a lawsuit or class action against the company should they become dissatisfied with the product. Microsoft is not the only one to have followed this path as Sony & Electronic Arts have also chosen to "protect" themselves from any future threats by the consumers.
Everyone already knows that nobody in this current day ever reads an entire User Agreement from beginning to end, and instead blindly accepts them without a care in the world. Tis only natural for a company like Microsoft to take advantage of said situation.
Clever, really.
