New Xbox Live Update adds Beta Channel

Microsoft have sent out the first load of invites to the Beta Preview Program to test an upcoming update to the dashboard. Early reports suggest there are a few large changes in the upcoming new dashboard update, including the addition of a new 'Xbox Beta' channel featuring the sections 'Xbox Beta Program - Preview Live Update', 'New Features' and 'Help and Tips'. According to sources its also meant to include a new version of Silverlight that will be compatible with the Xbox 360 at an upcoming event.​
