Teamxbox.com said game is slated for August and reveals the main bad dudes name and a few things in the beginning of the game. Any Fable 2 preview is a good preview.

But I will say this, something incredibly major happens at this early stage in the game. Something shocking, really.

Friggin august dude, but slated means expected I guess, so Its safe to say august to late october.

PM said that by now all the content in the game will be complete, all they have to do is tweak it (fine tune it) and get rid of those bugs. This part of game development generally means we have not long to wait. In a few months time we could be playing it or even late this year, as PM said RPG's are the hardest games to make (MMORPG's are the hardest). Though when Lionhead finally release what the game is rated (like mature 15+ etc) thats when its on our door stop.
