No barbers in the barber shop?

Hey, I'm trying to get the dreadlocks and stache for the brightwood demon door, and so I go to Bloodstone to try to find the barber, I enter the shop, and NO BARBER. I checked the property, which said the owner was unknown. So, I bought the property! Still, noone to buy a hair style from...Any way to fix this? (Note: I did do a lot of civilian executions in Bloodstone =])

lol he/she will appear eventually. Go do another quest or something then come back :)

Sleep for 6 hrs. Maybe he hasn't opened.
