No Leveling

I was fooling around with making different titles so I decided no to level up any skills so that I could experiment with different combonations. Then I just kept going I'm going to see how far I can get as an apprentice. So far I've beaten Twin Blade and the White Balverine I'm off to the Arena next.

I'd like to try that myself actually and just see how far I can get with the minimum of skills...would be a kinda cool experiment...

Wow - cool! I was wondering whether you could leave the seal behind myself and said as much to Steve the other day. If you can get into Bowerstone North without it then surely Jack Of Blades won't be able to track your movements...?

Well you could mount it in oakvale or something... but since it's the story line i bet he will still say "I've been watching you"

the last time I mounted my guild seal, my cullis gates stopped working. Don't think that had anything to do with it, but it made me never want to leave it behind.

Wow. Jack's mask without leveling up once. That's pretty impressive.

Personally I think you've spent far too much time playing this game XD But hey... I'm not one to talk as I've gone through FF7,8, and 9 about ten times each! I love those games.

Next I'm going to try playing without ever spending money. My brother plays this way in almost all RPGs

I didn't think it was possible either especially against Jack. It helped to have 200+ health potions. I used over a hundred battle the dragon. I was drinking potions and eating food more than swinging my sword. That's how I became obese.

I bet the Will Masters Elixer and Elixers of life helped huh? :lol:

Yes a ton. I was going to save them for that battle but I needed a better base. I didn't use magic much though. Level 1 lighting can only get you so far

On the not buying anything challenge, I had to buy chocolates for Theresa already so I'm changing it to not buying any weapons, armor or potions. I will only buy things that are necesary for completing quests that I can't get any other way which obviosly includes beer.

Black rose would be in that list too if you did the Mayer quest.

Yea I'm wondering if I can pull of stealing it. With timing and luck who knows.
I'm also not going to steal anything that I don't need for a quest. This won't be as challenging as the no leveling I just don't want to have that much of an advantage. In the no leveling I was a millionaire before I completed the wasp quest. I think that helped a bit.
