No more quests?

I just finished as many quest as i could, i have some gnomes left to shoot and the some flowers to collect and the books to find for the brightwall academy, besides that im all done and the only new quest i get are the capture the convicts? what the hell how do i get to the sunset house and that place on the water on the map? wtf?!! help please? oh i also completed the evil sanctuary quest too. am i missing something or did i choose the wrong path?

The Sunset House is on the left path when you leave the cemetary, the one right after Mourningwood Fort.

You will pass the cemetary, undoubtedly kill fifteen-thousand hollow men, and come to a part where the path makes a 'y'. Take the left shoot and you should go directly to the Sunset House.

To get to Driftwood you have to go to Millfield and there is a man on a hill next to the lake who will ask for 750g to build a bridge to get to Driftwood.
