No More Sales?

I've completed the main storyline, and I've never seen another sale or shortage, is this a glitch or is it meant to happen? The very second peace is restored then a completely balanced economy suddenly appears?

no you can steal buy stuf just stuff isn't so cheap, it is great still when you have beaten the game
