:O weapon/name changing + damage changing?

Okay, I've read that thread on how to make your own legendary weapon but nothing happened when i edited + put "apply changes"

It was with item

5583 or something = Scythe's Scythe.

So I switched it for example scythe of Scar

and so it went to 1000 damage or whatever 100 in the box

And when i apply changes and play, nothing happens.

Did you add the weapon to the hero?

I meant did you add the weapon you made to the hero? In FE.
