Oakvale Massacare

Hey guys, just wondering does the quest 'The Oakvale Masacare' give you shadow temple points. Also im trying to do quest but when i got to oakvale there is no shadow temple men and i cant leave unless i reload, i have tried reloading like 100 times.Thanks

They are on Rookridge Road IN Oakfield. You don't get evil loyalty points, just evil alignment points and a dark seal trophy like Reaver's. Also a hefty fine for murder. Doing this will destroy the temple of light for sure and damn the village of Oakfield to a lack of future development.
