Odd...

Has anyone else noticed this? In the very beginning of Fable: The Lost Chapters when you are doing good deeds in Oakvale, there's that bit with the bully who's picking on the little boy with the teddy bear - if you just stand close by and listen, the bully says things like, "I want more pocket money next time" and "Why are you playing with toys" (or something similar) and then he goes on to say, "Have you cleaned my mum's car yet?"

Now, forgive me if I'm wrong, but I have been all over Albion and have yet to see a vehicle of any sort - let alone a car...

Wow... I never noticed that... I'll go check it out. Strange.

Edit::: hey, you're right .. thats so weird.. he says, "you stupid little idiot!!" and then he launches into his strange dialogue spool.. very strange indeed..

I HEARD HIM SAY THAT! I was ranting at hexadecimal the other day about that, "What rhymes with car? Maybe lionhead's pulling a fast one on me"
I also didn't know you could give him the teddy bear.

Thank you! I thought I was going mental in the head - I had to listen to it three or four times before I could believe it. You can't give him the teddy - the little boy he's picking on has Rosie's bear which you have to give back to her to get another good deed point. Sorry for any confusion there.:blush:

Um..yes you can. I provided screen shots. Maybe you can only do it on PC because I did. If no one believes me try yourself. You get the teddy bear from the little boy and instead of giving it to the little girl you give it to her older brother.

Emily is a little girl who wanders around the village. She starts out near your house (#3), and usually sticks to the western side of the village. If you talk to her, she’ll tell you that her teddy bear Rosie is missing. You’ll acquire the teddy bear during “the bully” deed (#8). To be good, give the teddy bear to Emily. I hope I did't come off rude or anything, I was just trying to the get the point across that you could do it. And it's fun being evil. If you talk to the little girl again she says "I think something bad happened to rosie"

You didn't come off rude - I just didn't pay enough attention to the pictures like the moron I am so thanks for letting me know ^_^

I just couldn't believe he said it at all...makes me want to hang about other people and listen to what they might say - but must remember to stop doing that in real life before someone stabs me in the face...
