can you only get achievements in online gaming? i have no friends that paly this game online, anyone wanna help out?

I don't have Xbox Live, and I have 47/50 achievements. You need Xbox Live to get the philanthropist, the complexionist, and the dollcatcher. There are also achievements that come with different DLC which you also need Xbox Live for.
