Opening Dress Up/Cosplay

Are you excited enough to dress up on release day? I am!

I have an old jack sparrow costume I made, and alot of the peices fit the era. Just grab sme oversized buckles and your good to go. If other people are planing this, It would be nice to hear, and possibly post pictures of the event =)

Its pretty lame, but i think cosplay is fun

That stuff is... fairy? sexy? funny? stupid? scary?

If people are doing cosplay for the Fable III release....
I am going! oh Im there!!

they had school girl outfits in the late 1800s, right?
Not that Im gonna wear it, obviously, but other certain individuals of the opposite sex might

We need a drooling smiley by the way.

On topic, no I won't be dressing up, cause no one in Denmark does that - not even on Halloween (we don't celebrate Halloween)
I once dressed up as santa on new years eve though ^_^
Scared the hell out of those sweet swedish chicks, ahh

Re: Opening Dress Up/Cosplay

I did make role-play costumes in the past. However, I never did cosplay myself. Perhaps, I could work on something around Lucien Fairfax or Logan, which are fairly possible.

Jack of Blades is possible too, however the boots need some work. (though they could be simply replaced by something more "modern")

Yes there were schoolgirls outfits in the victorian times, but they went down to the ankles. Maybe if your lucky, one of the girls will show you the lower part of their leg :P.

Anyway, Cosplay with fable III isn't as exciting as cosplay for other games. Pretty much its bring victorian/ posh clothes and sword/gun. Thats my opinion though but feel free to go cosplay.
+rep if you manage to get a victorian riflemans jacket

Re: Opening Dress Up/Cosplay

since I'll be sat in my living room playing alone, no there will be no costumes!

Re: Opening Dress Up/Cosplay

I'm sorry but I have way more dignity and self-respect than that.

However... if I could make an exact replica of Jack of Blades outfit and his mask, I'd totally dress up.

This so much.

Re: Opening Dress Up/Cosplay

I'm thinking I'll dress up like one of the Bloodstone hookers. I'll need to get some STDs to go with it, of course. But it'll make a great Halloween costume for a little later!

In other words, no. It'd be really weird if I went in to school dressed Fable-y, and even odder if I then went in to work. Though it's apparently a Tuesday, so I don't work, but going to school'd be even odder. And walking into the near-empty mall at ten or eleven in the morning dressed all flamboyantly and **** would be REALLY odd.

Wouldn't swear that I'd be completely against the idea if, y'know, I knew a bunch of hugely geeky Fable fans who were doing it, but Fable is a fairly niche market. So the one other guy showing up to get the game would be kinda confused.
