Re: PC vs Xbox
Very correct. The day after I posted I read about people playing TLC on their xbox. I don't think it was published in America, because no store sells the xbox version of it. That and it's an old xbox game.
True as well to the loading times and image quality on the PC. I was playing it today because at some point I want to enjoy those extra missions. This statement cannot be said about Fable 2, as the 360 has been a generous upgrade from Microsoft's initial system. If it can be said, I will be sad, because no way can my laptop play Fable 2.
I think the notable difference of Fable on the Xbox and PC is that the Xbox has a convenient controller, and the learning curve is minimal since we've been holding the controller for years and all the buttons are designed for ease of use. A keyboard, on the other hand, is not as easy. If you are a diehard WoW addict, then there's going to be absolutely no learning curve, Fable is actually easier and more fun/rewarding in my opinion. The camera is to an extent automatic on the Xbox, while on the PC you control where you look with your mouse, which can be a little perplexing. I'd imagine it would take a lot of coordination to move, choose a spell, attack, and roll all at the same time. The Xbox controller can do that easily.
Xbox has lower quality graphics, a very bearable loading time, autolock on enemies, ease of use with a controller
PC has higher quality graphics, minimal loading times, does have an autolock, but everytime else it is controlled by the mouse, learning curve of using keyboard, but no need to choose which spells to use, as they can almost all be hotkeyed.
