Permanent Corruption

Greetings all. I'm not sure if anyone else has reported this before, but I think I've come across a minor but irksome bug. In order to get The Calavera from the Westcliff Demon Door, I jacked up the rent on my properties, slept in a house with the Heart of Corruption (for seven days), and drank alcohol to get my purity score low. I also did something similar with my character's morality to get the two Evil expressions. Since then, I've been making donations to the Temple of Light to make my character good again (succesful so far). However, no matter how much tofu/vegetables I eat, or how much I lower the rent, or what house I sleep in, my purity never moves above -20. Any solutions?

That's kinda strange.
Ty out to go a bit back again by drinking something and then start to eat tofu again.

Hmm, it's a possibility, though I'm not sure whether it'll just do what it does now, in reverse...I'll get it up to -20, and then I'll do another pure thing and it'll be back at -22. Very perplexing.

make sure you lower the rent on your houses to like -20% or more. for me at least, after about a day (real time) i was back to full pure.

your corruption might be off the charts.

try waiting a bit, but don't sleep or anything like that (with the rent lowered to -75% or more) and dont travel.

You should see the little bar start moving soon.

Well, at least you admit it, now you can submit yourself to the nearest asylum, and hope, that one day, you'll be able to recognize when your diapers need changing. Though we all know that day won't come, at least you can hope for it.

Hoho, that was some sad trolling, he forgot the 'mud' in mudkipz.

As it turns out, I'm the mentally stunted offspring of a line of village idiots. Turns out I still had two stalls at +100% prices. That being adjusted, I'm now the Enlightenment era version of Richard Simmons once more. Sorry 'bout the false alarm.
