Photoshoot <3
Not that anyone cares, but I had a photoshoot done yesterday. Was the most fun thing I've ever done, I swear.
I was doing it for a friend of mine who's a photographer for the paper around here. She's also had job offers from stuff like National Geographic and stuff, but is fed up of doing all that fluffy white cloud crap.
So she got me to do some dark photography.
The first shoot was in the woods; the original idea was a really messed up Alice in Wonderland, but we couldn't get another person to be the Mad Hatter, so we're keeping that for another time, she wants me to model for her again.
We ended up using a Hessian mask in the shoot, along without it, and a knife. The lighting effects were amazing, and I'm none for boasting, but I looked good. ;D
The second part was taking in town, it had nothing to do with the first shoot, it was more of a story-like scenario. We kind've did it off the top of our heads. People can be annoying. Especially on a friday night with all the drunkards. Needless to say, I was wearing a corset, so you can imagine my displeasure when some letchy people come along.
But all in all it was a great night.
The story was that my boyfriend, who I had broken things off with, was a complete psycho and was coming after me. We got this amazing shot of me hiding behind a pillar with car lights in the background. The shot was taken by chance, but came out amazingly well.
At the end of it, I get killed. That was... amusing.
In the town there's a market square which they keep the tables up all year round, so I had to lay on one of those for ages. I was freezing my nipples off, I swear.
But apparently I can look really scared when I need to and can blank out all expression needed for the death.
It was awesome and I can't wait to see the finished products.
Also can't wait to do some more shoots with her, yesterday was more of a session but she's still going to be using the shots for things.
Yay me.
Plus it gave me a hell of a confidence boost.
