I like the idea of being a pirate, but a stately one...contradictory I know, but I don't care .

Pure/Good (I have the halo )
Unkempt Hair and The Poet beard

Wears the entire Upper Class Male Suit

Primarily dyed Kilowhite and Secondarily dyed Gold
(with some exception to primary or secondary)

4 star brutal styles
0 star physique
5 star toughness

Skill
4 star dextorous styles
5 star accuracy
5 star speed

No will

Wielding a Master Cutlass and a Master Flintlock Pistol, both equipped with the Lucky Charm and Golden Touch Augments.

lol this would actually be a cool outfit... But i don't like my pirates to wear full noble.
I like the HRC with the noble shirt, highwayman or spire guard boots, an eyepatch and Highway man pants (just to be a little bit more scary looking and for longer pants)
Wreckager works just as good as Master cutlass (maybe better...) and looks cooler. I might be able to get you an HRC and Wreckager to help your look if interested...
Oh yeah and highwayman's hat looks much more piratey than noble

at least do 2 and he looks a little buff but not like too much...
