PlayStation 3 Tops Xbox 360 Sales in May

Nintendo Wii - 675,100
Nintendo DS - 452,600
PlayStation 3 - 208,700
Xbox 360 - 186,600
PlayStation Portable – 182,300

why is the wii so big, its not even that good. But looks as if ps3 have out done xbox. Thats a first

Console sales, yes. That's cause most people already own a 360 already. Now show me a comparison of games sold and things would be different. :lol:

Xbox 360 - 19.13 Million
Playstation 3 - 13.26 Million

Well with MGS4 out yesterday, i'm sure that will bump the sales a little.

I think the Wii is appealing to the general public in a way that says, "This is easy and Fun"

I bet a lot of people bought the playstation, to play the new Battlefront game. I'm so upset it didn't come out on the 360.:(

Star Wars Battlefront 3 I'm sorry should have been more clear. Between Fable and Starwars, I'm hooked on em.:) I was so upset, when I found out, it would be on Playstation only.:(

Precisely, most people who want a 360 own them already so PS3 is bound to overtake it on sales.

One PS3 title in there and its a multiplatform game that was doubled in sales by the 360 version. Even the PS2 is selling more games still...

Go to You tube, and punch in Star Wars Battlefront 3. Sorry, don't know how to place links. I won't look at it anymore, until it comes out on the 360.

It will sell really well and shift some consoles but with the PS3 userbase still being the lowest of the 3 platforms it wont be as huge of a hit as it should be. Will easily be the PS3 best seller by a massive margin i think though.
