Please help! Unable to control camera, use weapons/spells

Not sure if anyone can help, I just sent a message to the Fable issue page but I was wondering who else has encountered this and if they have fixed it.

I was planning on playing co-op with my friend today, so we both met up in Brightwall Village and when he tried entering my game it said our DLC differed. No biggie, he restarted so that it would install since he just downloaded it today.
Both of us restart and he finally enters my game. But now I can't move my camera around, use my weapons or spells wherever I go. I tried fast-traveling to see if the loading screen would fix it with no luck and ended up discovering that I also cannot open any chests in the road to rule, however I can control my camera in the Sanctuary. Also any enemies I encounter in any area completely ignore my existence, I can walk right up to them and they don't react to my presence or hear my dog growling and barking.
I switch controllers and completely restart my xbox and disconnect it from xbox live in hopes that it will be fixed, but I still encounter the same problems and my friend doesn't have any of these issues.

Hey, I am having the same issue. Was playing co-op then suddenly I couldn't see my friend. I logged off then back on and noticed my weapons had disappeared from my back. Now I can't use weapons or spells. Have tried logging on and off, turning console on and off. Still not able to use weapons even though the sanctuary says I have some equipped. If you find out how to resolve this please reply and I will if I find out anything.

there have been numerous issues encountered while in co-op mode. hopefully a patch will fix these issues soon....I've stayed away from co-op since it it bugged my first hero save.

hey there,
I've had a problem similar to this- thought i havnt used co-op once.
My game just stoppped letting me use weapons, enemies wouldnt reognise me and characters involoved in quests seemed to not notice me either!

Friggen annoying!

Do i have to wait for a patch... or is there something i can do to fix it myself?
