Please help with weapons/clothing achievements

Thanks to Faye, I manage to get 48/50 and 105/106 on the achievements, however her saves got corrupted. The 3 items that I would appreciate are:

Avo's Lamentation
Dragonstomper .48
Chef Hat

Gamertag is BTSO.
