Please Help!!

My daughter has gone into the Hobbe Cave, so I get her out of the cage and we go to the exit. Its a ladder. So shes right behind me and I go out with the ladder and she never follows me! I've tried everything but it dont work. Please Help!!!

Can you fast transport form within the cave, back to your house? or town?

When I try to it says, If you leave now your daughter will stay in the cave. So it gives me two opinions reload and cancel. I really can be bothered to do it all over again
