Go to your user CP via the OPTIONS button on the top navigation bar.
Then select "edit your details" on the left hand side, underneath the heading Your Control Panel.
You should see a page beginning with the option to change your email/password - underneath this is the option to change your Custom User Title. Pick a suitable title and save. Then you're done
