not really just some journalist adding hype, just interesting though. I actuallyam getting sick of journalists annoying PM:

Typical for people to take his words and blow them out of proportion. I commend PM for his honestly and telling us what he didn't like without hesitation. No game is perfect, PM knows that, the journalists know that. It's good that PM isn't afraid to say what he finds could have been better, it gives everyone a little reality check past the never-ending hype you see in every big title today. If anything, this just further proves the confidence he has in this game to be able to nitpick negatives that we would have never even cared about to begin with. Besides, when was the last time you heard someone complain about lip syncing in a video game?

True, but he really needs to shut up. Its simply poor business to talk so badly about the product. M$ really needs this sale, so he needs to think about what he says.
Still, far better than "My game is so great it will cure cancer!"

Poor Peter, people should just back off, just a little, and let him regroup. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but like politics, sometimes, we shouldn't say anything at all.

But he didn't talk very badly about the product, at all. What happened a few journalists had asked him what he thought could have been better in Fable 2 and he simply gave them an honest answer. On top of that, those things he listed were, indeed, very minor issues that really don't take away from the game play at all. Everything else he's said has been nothing but positivity and excitement. He's confident that this will be the best work in his entire career, and he shows it very chance he gets. People (Microsoft) just have a tendency to blow things out of proportion.

you couldn't be more correct. i think its just PM being PM. this game won't cure cancer - but it won't we terrible either.

maybe om is just trying to lower the expectations?

The journalists always take advantage of PM. However, he should really just stop answering questions when people screw him like that. Make an excuse, say he has to work on the patch and cancel interviews. The reporters cannot be trusted.
