PM said so!

In this interview Molyneux says that;
The sneaky part of the E3 demo was that it was only the base set I was showing. A huge number of weapons, clothes and jewelry have the ability to be augmented. These augments generally unlock power ups that then unlock another set of attributes.

So, we will appearently be able to augment our jewelry and clothing too!
Then I really hope the augmentations get nerfed. Having augmented boots, rings, neck-wear, trousers, weapons, hat and shirt seem a little overpowered?

Re: PM said so!

I really like the idea about augmentations of clothing and jewelry, and i dnt think PM will make it overpowered (well i hope he doesnt)

I haven't read that article in a while +rep
I had forgotten or glazed over this part
Different weapons do have different combat styles. I think this is important because players know that daggers have different properties to axes, but now it's not only the combos they unlock but also the effectiveness of a weapon under certain circumstances.
He didn't say that daggers would be in the game but Daggers :w00t: Maybe this would be one of the ranged weapons that was talked about in the Dev Blog. I'd love to throw a dagger into someone's neck :devil:

Hmm... how 'bout augmenting a gun to where it shoots flaming bullets, eh? Now that, would like to see. Or perhaps the great magic shroud trousers, making you invisible to all!
