Xbox Live Arcade gets a poker puzzler and new content for a classic shooter.

On Wednesday, Xbox Live Arcade will get a new puzzle game called Poker Smash, a card-based matching game that combines elements of Bejeweled, Tetris and, well, poker.
Developed by South Carolina-based Void Star Creations, Poker Smash features seven different modes, including single-player and multiplayer (both split-screen and online). Players match rows of cards to make poker hands and clear the scrolling board.
Players who download a trial version of Poker Smash between Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 14 will be entered into a contest to win a range of Xbox 360-related prizes, Microsoft said.
An update for the re-made classic shooter Crystal Quest will also be released Wednesday. The free download will incorporate a score multiplier into the game. The score multiplier increases every time players pick up a crystal, but failing to pick up a crystal or getting zapped negates the multiplier.
As a result of the update, the game's leaderboards will be reset, although the old boards will still be viewable.
