Positively Charged Augment

I know it's in the storm cutters building on Knothole but after completing the DLC pack I expected it to be in the shop but it isn't, am I the only one with this problem or what?

Just keep sleeping for seven days and checking the store. It'll be there eventually. Just have some patients.
