Yes, I know the game came out a while ago. However, i just got it for Christmas, and it was preordered. So, when i went to put in the pre-order code, i was already downloading the free weapons DLC. Something happened, and now it sayed i used the Code, but i didnt get anything! who should i contact for this?

The main people you should contact, reguarding this, is xbox live market place, who mainly underdstand and deal with dlc.
I had to go to them for information, for need for speed limited edition dlc.
Before you do so. I'm sure you have taken the necessary checks; but go into your sanctuary, and check your gifts area, you may have not opened it yet or you may have without noticing it, so go to your weapons armory, and look for the following.
If you reside in England look out for a hammer http://fable.wikia.com/wiki/The_Absolver
If you reside in the Americas or Australia look out for a sword http://fable.wikia.com/wiki/The_Channeler
