Problem with a Quest :D

Hey Guys i got a little problem!
After i became the King of Albion and made the new taxes for the Kingdom, i hoped to go to Reaver and talk to him! But on the map are still the quest for the taxes and i cant travel anywhere! Could somebody help me? And sorry for my bad english!

Yes thats not the Problem after i set the taxes i get teleported at Bowerstone indtrial but in my quest log ist still the last quest with the taxes and the quest marker the blue golden thing is still at Bowerstone castle...

have you tried ignoring the quest marker and just following the path to reaver?

yes i tried to ignore it but there wasnt a quest for reaver and even no path to him

I wasn't asking about the quest trail I meant the path created by the crowds of people blocking the roads

no only some people came to me but i couldnt saw any big crowd or something else... Where had reaver to be? in this place where he shoot the guy in front of the big building?

ok, yeah that's where he should be but if there aren't any crowds then something is wrong
