Problematic Glitches!
This is freaking me out and I need serious help because nothing is changing.
First my character started running in slow motion, even when I held down the A button to speed her up. Then the towns-people and villagers weren't moving, they were still reacting, like if I shot someone or danced, they would like it or dislike it. The dog stays when I fast travel and arrive, he won't follow me but if I am in a building long enough and come out he just appears there.
It's like everything in the game just decided to stop in time. I am on this Assassination mission to kill a barmaid in Oakfield named Anne when it is night time and when there is a witness. I killed her once, no guards came and I was suspicions because I did it in the pub with many people around. It then started to happen that when I went up to a locked door or person and went to interact with the object/person and pressed A it wouldn't register. Like, I would press A a few times and nothing would happen, like it was being ignored. I don't know, I have tried getting it to work a few times and it isn't. I just checked the disk, it is fine. I put it back in and turned it on, the people are walking around for the first minute or two and then they come to a halt.
But the A button isn't working. I can't have her sleep or anything that the A button is used for. I just tried stealing from a dresser, it did the whole circle around the A and then that's it. Didn't load through or anything. I can't hear any voices, just the background sound though it is mostly just eerily quiet now. I checked the settings and they are all normal. The game was working beautifully just a few hours ago until I took a break (I am using the Xbox 360, by the way). Now I turned it on and everything is going wrong.
Is there any ideas or opinions, just in general help for this? Should I just take the game out and try it tomorrow or something? I just got the game four days ago. I don't know what to do.
