Problem's with Fable Explorer

I keep trying to save the mods and run fable put I keep getting the "press OK when you have finished using and have closed Fable" error.
I have turned my laptop off,removed the disc and tried again but it keeps saying that Fable is running.
Also it says it can't find splash.exe or library,Can anyone help me out?

Okay. The "press OK when you have finished using and have closed Fable" "error" is not an error, it's a prompt telling you to press OK when you have closed Fable.

FE recompiles the archives, but it needs... metaphor...
It's a custody battle. FE needs custody of the files to do the things it does.
But FE gives custody of the files to Fable so that you can play the game.
Pressing OK gives FE custody again, if FE doesn't have custody, it can't do anything to the files.

The splash.exe "error" isn't an error either, the manner in which FE starts Fable skips a beat. Again, no big deal. This "error" can safely be ignored.

The "can't find library" error is a genuine "user error" error. It means you need to put the disc in.

You can get a No-CD exe crack to bypass the splash and library errors (don't need the CD if you have a No-CD crack).

Fable was closed down,And the CD was in so I do not see how those answers are relevant.
It tells me to press OK and I do,Then I get another error claiming it to still be running and another about the library,after that it just goes back to FE.
After that it says "Fable : The lost chapters has stopped working",It even does this when the disc is not even in.
I will try it with the No-CD crack and attempt it then.
